Free-range beef mince, slow-cooked with fresh provencal herbs, confit garlic, onion and fresh tomatoes. Hand-rolled fresh pasta made with double zero flour, and free range eggs made into thin spaghetti strands. Simply cook the fresh pasta for 2-3min in boiling water, heat the sauce and enjoy topped with a sprinkle of parmesan and fresh basil.
