READY TO COOK MOROCCAN VEGETARIAN TAGINE
Our chefs soak lentils and chickpeas for 24 hours and then slow cook with toasted Moroccan spices, orange preserve and fresh tomato. You receive the tagine vacuum packed, open the bag, pour into pot, add the blanched carrots and heat. Garnish with the fresh coriander and serve with the wood fired chana flatbreads.
