READY TO COOK FISH CURRY

Our chefs source fresh fish daily from the local fisherman (our fish is never frozen). The fish is portioned and marinated in a mix of curry spices and yoghurt. You receive the marinated fish vacuum packed. The coconut curry sauce is made by toasting the curry spices and slow cooking them with coconut cream, lime and lemongrass. Heat the sauce in a small saucepan and add the fish. Allow to simmer for 6 minutes. Serve with lemongrass-infused basmati rice and fresh coriander.
