Our chefs source the best organic Karoo lamb, cut the meat from the shoulder bone, marinate, roll, sear and then braise it for 6 hours until soft and succulent. You receive it thinly sliced and vacuum packed so that it can be heated in the bag in boiling water for 5 minutes, ensuring no flavour is lost. Serve with fresh wood-fired pita bread and tzatziki.
