Our chefs source free-range chicken and marinate it in lemon preserve and herbs for 24 hours and then sous vide it (cook slowly at low temperature) to ensure it stays moist and succulent. Baste the chicken with the honey mustard basting and grill for 10-12 minutes. Side caesar salad of cos and baby gem lettuce, topped with celeriac, celery, wood roast croutons, shaved local parmesan and soft egg
