Our chefs source free-range, grass-fed beef, which is hand-sliced and marinated with wood-fired dry herbs, fresh herbs and black pepper. Our chefs make the Cafe de Paris by whipping butter with over 20 ingredients, to make the perfect sauce for your steak. You receive the vacuumed marinated steak which you sear on either side for 3min, top with the butter and serve with the dressed green chopped salad.
